1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all sales and services provided by Outcast 4x4. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site or purchase from us.
2. Consumer Guarantees & Legal Rights
All goods sold by Outcast 4x4 are subject to automatic consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights include that products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
Consumers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, and no store policy can remove these legal rights. Queensland Government
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received and processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or stock issues).
4. Pricing, Fees & Checkout
- Prices displayed are the final prices for the goods.
- Any additional costs (e.g., shipping, taxes) will be clearly shown at checkout.
- We do not include hidden fees in product prices.
- Refunds of shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- In‑stock items are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page.
- Pre‑ordered items ship according to the estimated date shown on the product page.
- Once goods have left our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier, and delays are outside our control.
6. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods
- You may return unused goods in their original condition within a reasonable time (e.g., 30 days) for a refund or store credit.
- Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- If a product has a major failure (as defined under ACL), the consumer can choose a refund, replacement or repair.

Products are designed for their intended purposes. Misuse, modification or use outside of given instructions may void warranties and refund eligibility. Always follow manufacturer and safety guidelines.

9. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Outcast 4x4 is not liable for loss or damage arising from:

- external circumstances outside our control
